Standard Delivery

- €6.95 – Free on orders over €100
- Fully tracked service
Express Delivery
- 2-3 working days
- €12.95
- Order before 2pm for same-day dispatch
International Delivery
- 7-14 working days depending on destination
- Prices calculated at checkout
- Customs charges may apply
Order Processing
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 working days. Orders placed after 2pm Friday or during weekends will be processed on Monday.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:
- Dispatch confirmation email
- Tracking number
- Estimated delivery date
- Carrier information
Special Handling
Crystal Products
All our crystal items are:
- Individually wrapped in bubble wrap
- Packed in reinforced boxes
- Marked as fragile
- Insured during transit

Delivery Information

Failed Deliveries
If delivery is unsuccessful:
- Two further delivery attempts will be made
- Package will be held at local depot
- Notification card will be left
Important Notes
Damage in Transit
In the rare event of damage:
- Report within 24 hours of delivery
- Provide photographs of damage and packaging
- Do not discard original packaging
- We will arrange collection and replacement

Multiple Items
Large orders may be sent in multiple packages. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
